Refund eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt is required. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping may not be eligible.

Time limits

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. After this period, we may be unable to process a refund or exchange. Once approved, returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving confirmation.

Return requirements

• Original receipt or order confirmation
• Product in unused and resalable condition
• All accessories, manuals, and packaging included
• Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital downloads or electronically delivered goods
• Items returned beyond the 30-day window

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
